Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a highly analytical Senior Manager to advance Corporate FP&A. You will transform financial and operational data into actionable insights into scalable analytics capabilities, and present findings with executive presence to Finance and business leadership.

You’ll lead complex analyses for quarterly forecast, annual budget, and scenario planning, build Power BI dashboards, and drive AI-enabled FP&A capabilities.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field.
• 10+ years of FP&A experience including forecasting, budgeting and management decision support.
• Ability to travel to FTI office(s) and work authorization in the United States.
• Experience combining FP&A responsibilities with data analytics and AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex financial analyses for enterprise-level questions and develop scenarios.
• Develop actionable insights across close, forecast and budgeting cycles.
• Build AI-enabled FP&A capabilities and Power BI dashboards.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and management reporting.
• Collaborate with finance leads to understand performance and inform the outlook.
