Job summary

Rain, a global payments and fintech infrastructure company, is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to own planning, forecasting, and financial governance for a fast-growing organization. You will partner with GTM, Product, Engineering, and Operations to drive data-driven decisions and support scaling across multiple entities.

You will build scalable models, provide board-ready insights, and lead KPI reporting while guiding strategic initiatives and capital efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development with increasing leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading FP&A at a high-growth technology, fintech, payments, or SaaS company.
• Strong financial modeling skills translating complex problems to insights.
• Experience building annual plans, rolling forecasts, board materials, and exec reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the company''s FP&A process including annual operating plan, long-range planning, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reforecasts.
• Build scalable forecasting models for revenue, expenses, cash flow, and headcount.
• Partner with GTM, Product, Engineering, Operations, and People leaders for strategic decisions.
• Create executive and Board reporting on performance, drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead KPI reporting for visibility into financial and operational performance.
• Drive scenario planning and analyses for investments, fundraising, pricing, and strategy.
• Establish forecasting discipline and improve forecast accuracy across the org.
• Identify opportunities to improve margins, leverage, and capital efficiency through data.
• Build scalable planning processes and systems to support growth.
