Job summary

You will build integrated financial models and automate processes with AI-enabled tools, partnering with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Product, and HR to drive value. The role requires 7+ years in FP&A with leadership experience and a track record of improving forecast accuracy in manufacturing or tech environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Admin, Mathematics, or related.
• 7+ years in FP&A or corporate/operational finance, including 3+ years of people leadership.
• Experience supporting a manufacturing, telecommunications, networking, or complex product business.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, modeling, scenario planning, and performance analysis.
• Proven ability to automate finance processes with analytics or workflow improvements.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI, ERP, and FP platforms.
• Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and drive decisions with clarity.
• Excellent executive communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual operating plan, long-range plan, rolling forecasts, scenario analysis, and monthly performance reviews.
• Develop integrated financial models covering operating expenses, workforce planning, capital expenditures, cash, and key drivers.
• Improve forecast accuracy through driver-based planning, clear assumptions, risk tracking, and post-forecast reviews.
• Translate business dynamics into concise executive-level insights, recommendations, and decision options.
• Partner with leaders to evaluate investments, product and customer opportunities, cost actions, and resource trade-offs.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reporting; support executive presentations and Board materials.
