Job summary

ADTRAN, Inc. in Huntsville, Alabama seeks a Senior SAP Application Specialist to design, develop and optimize SAP solutions across global operations. You will lead ABAP/Fiori development, SAP Customizing, and system integrations while driving automation and AI-enabled improvements.

This role requires strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration. Bring 8+ years of hands-on SAP experience, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to shaping a scalable, future-ready

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, BIS or equivalent.
8+ years of SAP experience including SAP Customizing, ABAP development, and SAP Fiori/UI5.
Ability to collaborate globally across regions, functions and time zones.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, optimize, and enhance SAP applications and integrations.
Provide reliable global application support across regions and time zones.
Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales and Procurement.
Lead testing, deployment, and user enablement for new solutions.
Identify improvements and drive AI-enabled, automated process enhancements.
Ensure documentation, governance and compliance with standards.
