Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field and 5-7 years of FP&A experience.
• Experience supporting government contracts, project-based organizations, or complex business operations is preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze current and historical financial data and performance.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, forecasts, and projections based on analytical findings.
• Evaluate capital expenditures and depreciation.
• Analyze financial performance trends and recommend improvements to business results.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Support development and implementation of best practices for financial processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to support financial decisions.
• Maintain daily availability, including occasional evenings and weekends, as necessary to meet business needs and deadlines.
• Other duties may be assigned.
