Job summary

RealDefense is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to own planning, forecasting, and performance reporting. You’ll partner with revenue teams and report to the Director of Finance, turning data into actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.

You’ll build driver-based models, develop the three-statement model, and drive AI-enabled automation to improve forecasting accuracy and speed. This role blends finance rigor with business partnering in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, ideally in tech/SaaS/subscription businesses.
• Advanced Excel skills; driver-based models.
• GAAP knowledge and three-statement linkages.

Responsibilities

• Own annual budget and rolling forecast processes with finance and functional leads.
• Develop and maintain three-statement and driver-based models for revenue, expenses, and working capital.
• Prepare monthly and intra-month flash reports; provide variance analysis and management commentary.
• Build KPI dashboards and present materials for senior leadership and board; support M&A diligence as needed.
• Identify and lead automation opportunities using AI tools and BI platforms.
