The Addison Group seeks an FP&A Director to own internal management reporting, external financial reporting, budgeting, and rolling forecasts. This individual contributor role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and cross-functional collaboration with leadership.

The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in NetSuite, Excel, and BI tools, and will embrace AI and automation to enhance reporting efficiency and analytical capabilities while maintaining strong controls and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years FP&A, financial reporting, or corporate finance experience, including leadership of cross-functional financial planning initiatives.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience, including financial reporting, saved searches, and data extraction.
• Demonstrated experience preparing both internal management reports and external financial reporting.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis capabilities.
• Willingness to adopt and leverage AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude to improve analytical and reporting efficiency.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated discretion when handling confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs).
• Prepare external financial reporting and supporting schedules for relevant stakeholders.
• Deliver comprehensive variance analysis explaining budget-to-actual and forecast-to-actual results.
• Develop and maintain NetSuite saved searches, financial reports, and dashboards to ensure accurate, timely reporting.
• Lead annual budgeting processes and rolling forecasts in partnership with departmental and operational leadership.
• Build and maintain financial models for revenue, operating expenses, personnel costs, capital expenditures, and other business drivers.
• Analyze operational and financial performance trends to support strategic planning.
• Provide scenario analysis, business cases, and ad hoc financial analysis to support management decisions.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline reporting, improve forecast accuracy, and reduce manual processes.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing accurate financial information and schedules.
