Job summary

Ditto Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to own the financial engine of the company, building the three-statement model, revenue and cash forecasting, and the corporate FP&A cadence.

You will expand Ditto's AI-native Financial OS, partner with leadership, manage board materials and sales compensation design, and work across GAAP and non-GAAP views. Remote-friendly with an Atlanta office for collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in FP&A / corporate finance in a high-growth setting.
• Own the model and cadence; translate numbers into business action.
• Strong ability to connect the model to strategy and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own a consolidated three-statement operating model and budgeting process.
• Forecast revenue and cash with cross-functional partnership.
• Instrument the business with metrics like burn, Rule of 40, efficiency.
• Own and operate Ditto's Financial OS and lead board reporting.
• Partner with Accounting to align GAAP and non-GAAP views.
