Collectors Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Corporate Finance & Strategy to own planning, forecasting, and executive reporting. The role partners with senior leaders to drive growth investments and operational improvements while upgrading planning systems.

The successful candidate will manage the AOP, long-range planning, and quarterly forecasts, with ownership over OpEx allocation and close activities. Hybrid work options available at corporate HQ in Santa Ana, CA or remote in SF.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, investing, or finance operations experience.

Responsabilités

• Own the annual operating plan (AOP) cycle and quarterly planning for corporate functions.
• Contribute to quarterly forecast and executive reporting packages.
• Own headcount planning and reconciliation of plan, requisitions, and actuals.
• Improve FP&A processes and serve as primary administrator of Adaptive Insights.
