Job summary

Stout in Irvine seeks a senior FP&A/Finance leader to drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for middle-market and PE-backed clients. You will build driver-based models, cash flow projections, and KPI dashboards for CFOs and sponsors, while also supporting interim leadership and post-close integration.

You will collaborate with finance transformation teams, advise on OTC/PTP/RTR processes, and leverage ERP/CPM tools to deliver scalable reporting and insights.

Qualifications

• Professional Services experience with in-house FP&A or finance leadership.
• Deep expertise in budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting.
• Experience with private equity-backed businesses and post-transaction integration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for middle-market/PE clients.
• Build driver-based models, cash flow forecasts, ROI, pricing, and scenario analysis.
• Develop management reporting packages and KPI dashboards for CFOs and sponsors.
• Provide interim FP&A leadership and support for transition periods.
• Lead or contribute to post-acquisition integration and finance-function separation.
