Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in FP&A and finance leadership.
• Deep experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage annual planning and forecasting processes, calendars, and deliverables.
• Develop robust capital expenditure processes, including ROI analyses and budgeting—cover equipment, software, and projects.
• Collaborate with Treasury on capital expenditure planning and cash forecasting to optimize cost of capital.
• Provide leadership to scale the finance organization and drive cost optimization and process improvements.
• Act as a strategic partner to executives with finance-based decision support and KPI reporting.
• Support internal and external reporting to the board, investors, and senior leadership.
• Partner with ERP data management and reporting teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
