Job summary

Cleveland Diagnostics Inc. in Cleveland, Ohio seeks a Senior Director of Corporate FP&A to lead enterprise planning, forecasting, performance management, and executive reporting across the company.

You will consolidate results and translate performance into forward-looking insights for the CEO, CFO, and the Board. The role combines strong FP&A fundamentals with hands-on use of AI-enabled finance tools, with experience in diagnostics or clinical lab services, payer dynamics, and strategic capital

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience with FP&A or strategic finance roles.
• Direct experience in diagnostics, clinical laboratory services, or healthcare.
• Able to operate in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Strong communication with senior leaders and non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning across driver-based models.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews for CFO, ELT, and Board.
• Partner with Commercial, Lab Ops, R&D, and Billing to evaluate new tests, pricing, and payer strategy.
• Apply AI and automation to forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Strengthen budgeting processes and cost center accountability across the organization.
