Job summary

Ladders, a leader in Healthcare, seeks a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to drive strategic planning, forecasting, and financial analysis across the organization. You will partner with senior leadership to strengthen reporting, guide investments, and provide clear visibility into performance.

The role also develops standardized FP&A practices to support disciplined planning and executive decision-making. Location: Remote for US-based candidates only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of management experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Demonstrated experience influencing senior management.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Superior analytical skills.
• Clean credit history as reported by credit report.

Responsibilities

• Direct strategic planning, forecasting, and financial analysis across all business lines.
• Lead development and refinement of financial reporting, forecasts, and budgets.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly performance analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Implement standardized FP&A methodologies and reporting frameworks.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with organizational goals.
• Evaluate financial impacts of strategic initiatives and provide recommendations.
