Job summary

Cleveland Diagnostics, Inc. seeks a Sr. Director, Corporate FP&A to lead enterprise planning, forecasting, performance management, and executive reporting. You will consolidate results across corporate functions and empower the Executive Leadership Team with clear, decision-relevant insights.

The role requires 10+ years in finance with FP&A, and hands-on experience using AI-enabled finance tools to modernize the function and improve data-driven decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience including FP&A, business finance or strategic finance.
• Demonstrates ability to partner with senior executives and present to boards.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and long‑range planning with driver-based models.
• Lead monthly/ quarterly business reviews translating results for CFO and Board.
• Partner with commercial, lab operations, R&D, and billing teams for new tests, pricing, payer strategy and capital allocation.
• Apply AI/automation to forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting to improve speed and accuracy.

Education

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field
