Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a private equity-backed organization in the Greater Cleveland Area to identify a high-impact Director of FP&A. This hands-on leadership role blends complex financial analysis with strategic initiatives and heavy data-driven decision making.

You will work closely with executive leadership and investors to drive financial insights that guide important business decisions, forecasting, and strategic transactions while maintaining a practical, hands-on

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5–10 years of progressive finance experience.
Background in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Capital Markets, or Commercial Banking preferred.
Experience analyzing large datasets and high transaction volumes.
Strong financial modeling, advanced Excel, forecasting, and presentation skills.
Exposure to acquisitions, deals, lending, or capital markets activities is highly desired.
Manufacturing exposure is a plus, but deep financial analysis experience is the priority.
Proven ability to be a hands-on contributor, not just oversee the work of others.
