Ethos is seeking a senior FP&A analyst to build, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks. You will craft monthly reporting slides, bridges and waterfalls, opex and headcount exhibits, and scenario pages. Strong PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship are essential, with clear, precise written communication.

This remote, flexible role demands 3+ years in FP&A or related finance; start ASAP and deliver high-quality decks on a variable 5–20 hour weekly cadence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A or related finance at a significant company.
• Strong expertise in financial charting, bridges/waterfalls, and reporting packs.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship; strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for monthly reports.
• Develop bridges and waterfall charts for finance reviews and scenario analysis.
• Draft commentary and pack materials for executive level reviews.
