Job summary

Ethos is seeking a lead financial analyst to help train an AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will build and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core finance workflows while delivering clear, data-driven insights.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in FP&A or related finance roles, expert PowerPoint skills, and strong written communication. This is a remote, flexible position offering 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, business finance, or commercial finance at a significant company.
• Strong expertise in financial charting, bridges/waterfalls, and reporting packs.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Create monthly reporting slides, bridge and waterfall charts, headcount and opex exhibits, scenario analysis pages.
• Draft commentary for finance reviews and provide synthesis for leadership discussion.
