Job summary

Ethos is seeking a senior commercial analyst to help train our language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will leverage 3+ years in FP&A or related finance roles to craft highly polished decks for monthly reports, headcount/opex exhibits, and scenario analyses, all while ensuring accuracy and clear narrative in every slide.

The role is fully remote, flexible 5-20 hours per week, with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, business finance, or commercial finance at a significant company.
• Strong expertise in financial charting, bridges/waterfalls, and reporting packs.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: monthly reporting slides, bridge/waterfall charts, headcount and opex exhibits, scenario analysis pages, and commentary drafting for finance reviews.
• Create and tune decks used to train language models on professional presentation tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy, clarity, and impact of slides and reports.
