Delta Dental Ins. seeks a Senior Financial Analyst - Business Cases to evaluate strategic investments, M&A, and growth opportunities across the enterprise, building models and scenarios to guide leadership.

The role requires strong FP&A experience and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic health-insurance environment. The position partners with business owners for planning and forecasting, delivers monthly performance reports, and mentors junior team members while driving operational

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of ERP and planning applications (Oracle/Hyperion, SAP, Cognos) preferred.
• Understanding of basic accounting concepts.
• Able to coordinate work across disparate groups and levels.
• PC literacy; MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Knowledge of health insurance industry desirable.

• Monthly financial performance reporting and variance analysis for leaders.
