Delta Dental of California seeks a Senior Financial Analyst - Business Cases to evaluate strategic investments and growth opportunities across the enterprise. You will build complex models, perform scenario analysis and provide data-driven recommendations, partnering with business owners for planning, budgeting and forecasting.

The role emphasizes insightful analysis and leadership support across functions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis.
• Strong organizational/time management skills and multi-tasking abilities.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of ERP and Planning applications such as Oracle/Hyperion, SAP, IBM Cognos.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate strategic investments, business cases, M&A and growth opportunities.
• Perform financial modeling, investment analysis and scenario evaluation.
• Partner with business owners for planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Provide monthly performance reporting with trend and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models and drive process improvements.
• Mentor junior team members and promote financial acumen across the enterprise.
• Interpret data to deliver insights and support decision making for business partners.
