Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of ERP and Planning applications (Oracle/Hyperion preferred).
• Understanding of basic accounting concepts and principles.

Responsibilities

• Drives planning, budgeting and forecasting by partnering with business owners.
• monthly financial performance reporting and trend/variance analysis to leaders.
• Perform high-impact analysis to drive strategic decisions across the business.
• Manage key department processes and projects (cost allocations, profitability, scenario analysis).
• Develops and maintains complex models; identifies opportunities for process improvement.
• Mentors junior team members and supports enterprise financial acumen.
• Interprets financial data to deliver insights for business partners.
