Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA, is seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Analyst to join the Corporate FP&A team. You will partner with SG&A, Operations and Accounting to build budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans, and develop models to drive strategic decisions.

You’ll analyze performance, lead cross-functional initiatives, and deliver executive-level reporting with clear visuals. A strong background in forecasting, financial modeling, and balance sheet analysis is essential to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA/MS or CPA/CFA/FMVA/CMA is a plus.
• 3–7 years in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting in corporate FP&A, finance, investment banking, or consulting.
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements in finance.
• Experience with ERP/financial reporting tools such as Anaplan, NetSuite, Oracle or Foundry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SG&A, Corporate Operations and Accounting to prepare budgets, forecasts, and long‑term plans.
• Analyze historical and current financial data, build reports and projections.
• Evaluate performance by comparing actuals to plans and forecasts.
• Build comprehensive financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Conduct sensitivity analysis and develop insights into business trends.
• Develop analytics and automations to improve FP&A insights.
• Monitor and report financial performance, explain variances to leadership.
• Lead executive‑level reporting and present financial insights with visuals.
• Identify and implement process improvements for reporting accuracy.
• Support cash flow forecasting and balance sheet management.
