Job summary

This role partners with engineering and operations to translate infrastructure and headcount decisions into financial outcomes, building scalable processes and models for growth.

You will drive variance analysis, cost allocation, and cost-optimization efforts while delivering insights to leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years in Corporate Finance/FP&A or related analytical field.
• Strong Excel skills and financial modeling expertise.
• Ability to work with large datasets and reconcile multiple systems.
• Strong written and oral communication for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own SWP forecast and annual plan; manage month-end close accuracy.
• Prepare variance analysis and present to SWP leadership.
• Own cloud and tooling spend; track usage against forecast.
• Maintain cost allocation methodology and explain it clearly.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to illustrate financial implications.
• Automate and improve financial processes and reporting.
• Lead high-priority analyses and deliver actionable insights.
