As a Senior Financial Analyst supporting the Air Defense line, you will own program financial management, forecasting, and reporting across multiple products and contracts, partnering with program management and manufacturing to ensure accurate cost accounting and profitable outcomes. The role requires 5+ years in financial analysis, a finance-related degree, and familiarity

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a financial analyst or in a related finance/accounting role.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• DoD and/or tech industry experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with ERP and EPM systems (e.g., Oracle, Oracle EPM) and the data flowing between the production floor and the general ledger.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial management of key programs within the Air Defense business area, from bookings through delivery and closeout.
• Partner with proposals and capture to shape cost structure, pricing, and margins for competitive bids.
• Drive financial execution and profitability across the program lifecycle and P&L outcomes.
• Provide internal variance analysis at contract, product, and per-unit levels.
