Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Head of Corporate Finance to build and lead the financial planning engine behind a fast-scaling defense tech company. You’ll own Corporate FP&A, planning cycles, and executive reporting, partnering with CFO and senior leaders to drive capital allocation decisions.

You’ll manage a lean team, evolve forecasting discipline for a public-company level of rigor, and guide capacity, R&D, and manufacturing tradeoffs. US-based leadership role with broad impact.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, FP&A leadership
• Ownership of full planning cycle including long-range planning
• Strong command of hardware/product economics
• Experience presenting to C-suite, Board, and investors
• Track record hiring and scaling finance teams
• Strategic partner across engineering, manufacturing, and G&A
• Fluency in financial detail and constructing defendable models
• U.S. Person status and eligibility to obtain a security clearance

Responsibilities

• Own Anduril’s financial model, including the annual operating plan and forecast rhythm across units.
• Partner with CFO and senior finance leadership on major decisions.
• Hire, lead, and develop FP&A and finance professionals across corporate and units.
• Turn the plan into headcount, capex, and cash targets and track adherence.
• Collaborate on capacity decisions, facility build-outs, tooling, and inventory needs.
• Prepare board/investor materials and KPI dashboards with narratives.
• Run monthly C-suite reviews to drive actionable improvements.
• Coordinate with accounting, treasury, and division finance on close and liquidity.
• Raise financial rigor to prepare for public-company reporting and forecasting discipline.
