Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA, is seeking a strategic Corporate FP&A leader to design and execute the SG&A planning model. You will partner with executives and functional teams to build scalable processes, procure reliable data, and deliver accurate budgets and forecasts that drive financial excellence.

You’ll own the annual operating plan, long-range financial planning, dashboards, and variance analyses, while ensuring data integrity and robust controls.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing complex financial projects from strategy to execution.
• Experience leading corporate FP&A with high-visibility collaboration with executives.
• Ability to design innovative financial model designs and planning strategies.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial management experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills with on-time and on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own corporate FP&A processes for budgeting, forecasting, and SG&A model.
• Lead annual operating plan, long-range financial plan, and monthly forecasts.
• Lead the preparation of financial statements and executive dashboards.
• Develop robust processes and controls for data accuracy across functions.
• Provide strategic financial insights and variance analysis on performance.
• Partner with Accounting, Tax, and functional teams to align on results.
• Manage and improve the financial planning system and tools.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling for exec decisions.
