Qualifications

3–7 years of experience as a financial analyst or related finance role.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
DoD and/or tech industry experience.
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
Acute understanding of Financial Systems, data management, and complex modeling.
Proven ability to work successfully in a team-based environment.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Contract and product profit margin analysis and surveillance.
Ownership of rolling monthly forecasts, worked with engineering stakeholders.
Monthly distribution of internal management reporting via slides and written communications.
Maintain ETC forecasts and ensure EAC integrity with programs.
Income statement and balance sheet forecasting by contract and business line.
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual variance analyses at multiple accounting levels.
Create reports and automated dashboards in FP&A and ERP tools (Oracle, Anaplan, Foundry).
Support pricing activities and ad hoc projects.
Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting tools, systems and procedures.
Assist in long range planning.
