Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Finance Manager to join Corporate Finance. This role connects Corporate and Division finance teams to produce analysis and insights that guide executive decisions and optimize performance.

The ideal candidate has FP&A experience, strong modeling skills, and is a collaborative communicator. The position reports to Corporate Finance, with responsibilities spanning monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles, budgeting, forecasting, and planning across divisions.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years in Corporate Finance/FP&A or related fields.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with ERP, consolidation, and planning tools.
• Excellent written and oral communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• U.S. Person due to export-controlled information.

Responsibilities

• Run the Cadence: manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close and build executive materials.
• Consolidate budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning with divisions.
• Translate financial data into executive-ready analysis for CFO and C-suite.
• Improve financial consolidation, reporting, and forecasting infrastructure.
