Job summary

Anduril is seeking a Head of Corporate Finance to lead the planning engine behind a fast-growing defense company. You will own Corporate FP&A, oversee forecasting across units, and translate data into clear narratives for the leadership team, Board, and investors.

You’ll partner with the CFO and senior finance leaders, build a capable FP&A team, and shape capital allocation decisions. This is a strategic, operating role with high impact and visible responsibility.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A leadership.
• Ownership of full planning cycle with long-range planning and rolling forecasts.
• Strong command of hardware/product economics and working capital.
• Experience presenting to C-suite, Board, and institutional investors.
• Track record of building scalable finance systems.
• Proven ability to partner with engineering, manufacturing, and G&A.
• Fluency in financial detail and model-building.
• U.S. Person status and security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Own Anduril’s financial model, including the annual operating plan and the forecast rhythm across every business unit and function.
• Partner with CFO and senior finance leadership on major strategic decisions.
• Hire, lead, and develop FP&A and finance professionals across corporate and business units.
• Translate the plan into headcount, capital, and cash targets and drive accountability.
• Collaborate on capacity decisions, including facility build-outs, tooling, and capital needs.
• Build Board and investor materials and quarterly reporting packages.
• Run a monthly C-suite business review to drive meaningful changes.
• Coordinate with accounting, treasury, and division finance on close and liquidity.
• Raise financial rigor to prepare for public-company reporting and forecasting.
