Hunter Industries is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial leadership of multiple business units, acting as a trusted strategic partner to business unit leaders and external partners alike.

This role owns the full financial story of the business unit — building the models, dashboards, and analysis that turn raw data into decisions, and presenting results with the clarity and confidence of someone who truly knows the numbers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5+ years FP&A experience, preferably in manufacturing or consumer products.
• Proficient with BI tooling and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted CFO for your business unit, owning its financials top to bottom.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards and automated reporting using Oracle Fusion EPM, Smart View, Power BI, and IBM Planning Analytics.
• Present quarterly financial performance to leadership and cross-functional groups with clear narratives.
• Build and maintain complex financial models for pricing, margins, product development and scenario analyses.
• Review cost and manufacturing analytics and link material costs to financial results.
• Identify opportunities for financial/operational improvements and lead cross‑department initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Accounting, HR, and IS to align planning with operations.
• Develop business acumen through regular dialogue with internal/external partners.
• Support annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning for assigned units.
