Job summary

Hanger, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst of Corporate FP&A to serve as a strategic finance partner. You will build advanced models, analyze data, and deliver insights to drive decision-making. The role combines core finance expertise with digital capabilities to support transformation initiatives.

You will influence stakeholders, manage complex problems, and implement technology solutions to enhance planning, analysis, and reporting capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years progressive FP&A experience at corporate or multi-divisional level.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel with financial modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with financial systems, ERP platforms, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced financial models for budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and business case development.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual analyses including variance, trends, and KPI reporting.
• Partner with business leaders to support planning cycles, initiatives, and long-range planning.
• Monitor performance against targets and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Accounting and HR to ensure data integrity and alignment with standards.
• Prepare monthly financial narratives, executive summaries, and insights.
• Build relationships across levels and influence stakeholders with business acumen.
• Support acquisitions, process improvements, and operational transformation.
• Translate financial needs into analytical solutions and insights.
• Enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics for decision support.
• Support AI initiatives in finance operations as applicable.
