Job summary

Hunter Industries seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to lead FP&A for multiple business units, acting as a strategic partner to BU leaders and external partners. You will build financial models, dashboards, and analyses translating data into actionable decisions.

You will present results with clarity, support annual budgeting, and drive cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Operations, Accounting, and HR. Strong BI tooling and manufacturing exposure are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years FP&A/finance experience.
• Experience with manufacturing/consumer products environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to financial partner for the designated business unit, owning its financials end-to-end.
• Builds and maintains BI dashboards and automated reporting for timely performance insights.
• Presents quarterly financial results to leadership and cross-functional groups with clear narratives.
• Develops complex financial models for pricing, margins, and scenario analysis.
• Supports annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range plans for the business unit.
