Job summary

Hunter Industries is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead the financial story of multiple business units. You will build models, dashboards, and analyses, and present results with clarity to leaders and external partners.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in FP&A, strong BI tool proficiency (Oracle Fusion EPM, Power BI, IBM Planning Analytics), and excellent communication to influence decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with relevant experience.
Minimum five years of progressive FP&A experience in manufacturing or similar.
Proficient with BI tools and financial modeling; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Owns the financials of the designated business unit top to bottom.
Builds and maintains BI dashboards and automated reporting for performance insights.
Presents quarterly results to leadership and partners; translates data into narratives.
Develops complex financial models on pricing, margins, and scenarios.
Collaborates with Sales, Operations, Accounting, HR, and IS to align planning.
