Redwood Software is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the Finance team supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for R&D and Support functions. You will build financial models, drive Opex insights, and collaborate with executives to inform strategic decisions. This remote role follows EST/CST hours in the United States.

You will directly interact with Redwood leadership and help optimize profitability through analytics and disciplined planning.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A experience in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance.
• Proficient in Google and Microsoft Excel/Sheets.
• Strong financial and business modeling skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead budgeting and forecasting for R&D and Support functions with collaboration from department leads.
• Perform variance analysis and explain drivers to leadership.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and financial reports for regular close cycles.
