Redwood Software is hiring a Senior FP&A Analyst to support their Finance team remotely. This role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring financial alignment with business goals in a rapidly growing SaaS environment.

Ideal candidates will possess 3-5 years of FP&A experience along with a Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential. Experience with tools like Workday and Adaptive Planning is a plus.

Flexibility in working hours within the EST/CST time zone is required.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of work experience in financial planning & analysis in a SaaS environment.
• Good skills in building financial models.
• Ability to work under pressure within short time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual budgets and forecasts for R&D departments.
• Perform detailed variance analysis comparing actual Opex to budget.
• Prepare regular financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual Opex summaries.
