Job summary

Nest Veterinary, fully remote in the US, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to own FP&A models, board packages, and enterprise proposals. You will split time between internal planning and external modeling, collaborating with finance, sales, and product.

You will own the operating model and, after a year, the board package and standard enterprise proposals; you may join late-stage deals alongside the sales team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or finance at a SaaS or healthcare company.
• Build financial models that are clean, auditable, and ready to show a board or a customer.
• Write SQL against a warehouse such as BigQuery or Snowflake.
• Understand SaaS economics, including ARR, retention, CAC, LTV, and payback.
• Able to present analysis to senior audiences and handle hard questions.

Responsibilities

• FP&A: Maintain and extend the operating model (revenue, expenses, cash flow, runway).
• Prepare monthly management report and the board package.
• Lead model design and variance analysis for budget and reforecasts.
• Track unit economics by hospital (CAC, LTV, gross margin, contribution).
• Build investor-ready models, scenario analyses, and data room materials for fundraising.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Sigma.
