Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead FP&A activities within a fast-growing behavioral health tech company. You will build budgets, forecast models, and long-range plans while partnering with operations to drive revenue and cost optimization.

Ideal candidates bring 4–7+ years in FP&A, SaaS metrics experience, and the ability to present insights to senior leadership. This remote-friendly role supports the company’s strategic initiatives and board reporting.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of FP&A or related analytics experience.
• Experience in SaaS with ARR and recurring revenue metrics.
• Experience in a private equity-backed company with PE reporting expectations.
• Experience preparing monthly financial reporting packages and board materials.
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication with senior management and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Build financial models to evaluate performance and guide decisions.
• Partner with operational leaders to translate drivers into financial outcomes.
• Analyze KPIs related to recurring revenue, labor costs, productivity, and profitability.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, management presentations, and board materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, forecasting processes, data quality, and automation.
• Support strategic initiatives and ad hoc financial analysis.
• Communicate financial insights clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
