Job summary

HireVue is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst for a fully remote US role. You will act as an owner, collaborating across departments to own expense variance analysis, headcount forecasting, and strategic financial planning.

The role partners with the accounting team and executives, requiring advanced Excel/modeling skills and cross-functional communication. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in finance/FP&A, experience with Adaptive Insights, and a SaaS/ international exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 3–5 years of progressive finance/accounting experience, preferably FP&A.
• Experience in SaaS industry and working with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly/quarterly expense variance analysis and close packages.
• Own P&L expense forecasting for select departments.
• Coordinate headcount and expense planning; maintain reconciliations.
• Partner with functions for planning and ad-hoc finance projects.
