LabConnect is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to drive enterprise‑wide budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. You will partner with the Director of FP&A and cross‑functional leaders to deliver actionable insights that support growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

The role focuses on building sophisticated financial models, analyzing strategic initiatives, and delivering executive‑level reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning.
Partner with leaders to align financial plans with strategic objectives.
Build and maintain complex financial models for scenario analysis and resource allocation.
Provide actionable recommendations based on performance trends and risks.
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual management reporting with KPIs and executive commentary.
Support Board materials with accurate financial performance and strategic priorities.
Contribute to strategic initiatives including M&A evaluations and investment analyses.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility of key drivers and results.
Identify process improvements, automation, and efficiency opportunities.
