Job summary

We. Communications is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst in the FP&A function to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across multiple divisions. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to drive financial insights with minimal supervision.

The candidate will collaborate with global teams, educate partners on financial data, and develop profitability models to support strategic business decisions. Strong communication and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to synthesize complex data for partners across functions.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly financial summaries and discuss highlights with partners.
• Drive annual budgeting and monthly forecasting for assigned groups.
• Educate internal partners on financial reports and budgeting tools.
• Lead analyses to improve profitability and margins.
• Perform quantitative analysis on metrics, operations, and variances.
• Prepare in-depth reporting for senior managers.
