Propelis is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its Operations Finance team, reporting to the VP of Finance. The role emphasizes advanced financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and acquisition due diligence within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

You will develop financial models, support leadership reviews, own the budget and forecast, and collaborate with global partners. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems (SAP, MS D365) and Board International is expected; 4–6+

Qualifications

• BA in Finance/Accounting required; MBA/CPA a plus.
• 4–6+ years in a similar finance role.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills; proficiency with ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models and reports for leadership.
• Analyze results, perform variance analysis, and identify improvements.
• Own budget and forecasting process; collaborate with global partners.
• Provide decision support with detailed financial analysis for management.
