Job summary

Connect Search, LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A to support enterprise-wide planning, reporting, and strategic analysis within the corporate finance team. You will partner across functions to deliver insights and guide performance for decision-making.

The role offers high visibility and opportunities to influence budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting in a PE-backed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning efforts.
• Perform financial performance analysis including variance analysis and trend analysis.
• Build and maintain financial models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with G&A to provide strategic financial support and analysis.
• Assist with board materials and lender reporting.
• Improve data accuracy and financial workflows with Accounting.
