Job summary

We. is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A, to lead complex budgeting, forecasting, and reporting with a global scope.

The role requires partnering with multiple divisions, driving profitability analyses and strategic financial planning across the organization. The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years in financial analysis, strong data skills, and the ability to communicate insights to non-financial stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, planning, budgeting and forecasting with heavy operational finance focus.
• Strong problem-solving skills to investigate variances and propose practical, data-driven solutions.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, synthesize complex data and present actionable recommendations to business partners.
• Customer service orientation and ability to build solid relationships across teams.
• Must multi-task in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
• Ability to translate financial information for non-financial audiences and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly financial summaries and discuss highlights with business partners.
• Drive annual budgeting and monthly forecasting for assigned groups.
• Educate internal partners on financial reports, practices, and budgeting tools.
• Lead analyses to improve profitability and margins for the company.
• Use raw data for quantitative analysis of metrics, operations, and variances.
• Review plans for critical analysis and administrative review with the manager.
• Create in-depth, flexible reporting for business leads and senior managers.
• Develop profitability models and variance analyses for assigned groups.
• Involve personnel usage, payroll, fringe benefits, P&L trends, and cost-reduction strategies.
• Consult with internal partners to meet business plans and targets.
