Job summary

ServiceTitan is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A (R&D) to partner with our R&D leadership. You will own financial planning, help shape strategic narratives, and drive performance via in-depth P&L analyses. Your work will blend rigorous analysis with clear storytelling to influence budgeting and long-term investments.

You will collaborate across teams, champion data-driven decisions, and promote AI-enabled process improvements to accelerate insights in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a relevant field with strong academic performance.
• 3-5 years in FP&A, strategic finance, or related analytical role at a high growth technology company.
• Experience in financial modeling and strategic business planning.
• AUTONOMY in a fast-moving ambiguous environment.
• Strong FP&A fundamentals: variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, headcount management, reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to finance and non-finance audiences.
• AI-forward mindset using AI tools to work faster.

Responsibilities

• Drive the monthly close process, understand accruals, and raise risks and opportunities to leadership.
• Manage headcount and expense planning, translating needs into forecasts.
• Turn data into decisions with P&L analyses and strategic ad hoc studies.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to budget and strategic trade-offs.
• Leverage AI to automate and sharpen FP&A processes.
