ServiceTitan is seeking an exceptional Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A (R&D) to join our finance organization in a highly visible and impactful role. You’ll be trusted to bring both the numbers and the narrative as the dedicated FP&A partner to our R&D leadership team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excel in the ability to work collaboratively across teams, thrive in fast-paced ambiguous environments and have a growth mindset with strong curiosity

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a relevant field with strong academic performance.
• 3-5 years in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related analytical role preferably at a high growth technology company.
• Experience in financial modeling and strategic business planning, including the creation and execution of robust financial plans.
• Comfortable solving problems and operating with autonomy in a fast-moving ambiguous environment.
• Strong understanding of FP&A fundamentals (variance analysis, variance storytelling, budgeting, forecasting, headcount management, reporting).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to both finance and non-finance audiences.
• AI-forward - you actively use AI tools to work faster and go deeper.

Responsibilities

• Drive the monthly close process and provide variance commentary with insights to finance and R&D leadership.
• Manage headcount and expense planning, supporting monthly forecasts and annual operating plan.
• Turn data into decisions by building P&L mastery and conducting ad hoc analyses.
• Be a trusted business partner with data-driven recommendations on budget and strategic trade-offs.
• Leverage AI to automate and sharpen finance processes across the team.
