Beacon Hill is partnering with a well-established professional services organization in the Boston area seeking a Senior Accountant to join their finance team.

This hands-on role covers full-cycle accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, GL management, reconciliations, AP oversight, payroll administration, internal controls, and audit support. After an initial in-office period, the role transitions to a 3-days hybrid schedule in Boston.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience in a Professional Services environment.
• ERP experience (such as Sage, Deltek, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• General ledger management and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Accounts payable oversight and process improvements.
• Payroll administration and internal controls.
• Audit support and cross-functional collaboration with executive leadership.
