PTC Inc. in Boston, MA, seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the Corporate Financial Planning Team. You will partner with leaders across the business to deliver analytical insights, support investment decisions, and contribute to long-range planning and the annual budget process.

You’ll build and maintain financial models for headcount, salaries, benefits, and cloud spend, translate data into actionable recommendations, and communicate complex results to non-finance partners.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Strategic Finance or FP&A or related analytical roles.
• Ability to commute to the Boston office 2-3 days a week.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to distill complex analyses into structured outputs for cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a day-to-day finance partner to leaders across the organization.
• Build and maintain financial models across headcount, salaries and benefits, shared services, vendor and cloud spend.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly analyses of financial results and variances to plan.
• Support annual planning and long-range planning processes.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives through business partnering and project management.
• Identify trends and opportunities to influence decisions.
