Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst Specialist to join the FP&A team in a hybrid role, working three days per week in our Denver, CO office.

You will lead financial analysis, forecasting, and business partnering across the organization, developing models and governance structures to support planning and control. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in finance or related field with 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, revenue accounting, and GAAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and data management within the payments industry.
• Revenue accounting experience.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement forecasting models to predict financial performance.
• Own forecasting process from end-to-end and manage budgets.
• Track revenue and expenses monthly, comparing actual to forecasted figures.
• Prepare regular financial reports for leadership and KPI/OKR support.
• Leverage advanced analytics to enhance performance reporting and data-driven decision making.
• Identify tools/process improvements to streamline workflows.
