Job summary

Remote Jobs in Westminster, CO is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to drive strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis. You will partner with Accounting, RevOps, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver insights that impact decisions and investor communications.

You will own data integrity for bookings and revenue, run monthly reviews with leadership and investors, and contribute to budgets and rolling forecasts.

Qualifications

• Generally 5-7 years of experience in Financial Planning and Accounting.
• Expert Excel skills and ability to build and audit deep, complex models; Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to construct structured datasets.
• Experience forecasting growth and budgets for a high-growth tech-enabled service company.
• Proven success reporting against strategic plans with creative corrective actions.
• NetSuite and SFDC experience is a plus.
• Flexible, dynamic thinker who can connect complex analyses; work autonomously.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reporting packages for internal management and external investors with narrative.
• Develop automation and own data integrity for bookings, book of business, net retention, and revenue.
• Coordinate with Accounting, RevOps and Customer Success to align reporting; Salesforce.com and Netsuite data awareness.
• Present monthly financial reviews with senior management and investors.
• Participate in monthly close including revenue review and forecast rollforward.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support Sales, Customer Success, Product, and the C-Suite.
• Own accuracy of commissions and quarterly bonus calculations.
• Assist in annual budgets and rolling forecasts; streamline processes and system configuration.
• Support integration of acquisition financials and proforma reporting.
