KPA, headquartered in Westminster, CO, seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to drive strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will partner across functions to deliver insights that influence decisions and the company’s financial health.

In this hybrid, remote-first role, you will own reporting of bookings, net retention, and revenue; lead monthly financial reviews with senior management and investors; and participate in the monthly close process.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of FP&A and accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to audit complex financial models.
• Power BI experience a plus.
• Experience with NetSuite and SFDC preferred.
• Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prepare reporting packages with Budget vs Actual analyses and narrative for management and investors.
• Own data integrity and reporting of bookings, book of business, net retention, and revenue forecasts.
• Coordinate with Accounting, RevOps and CS to align new bookings and net retention reporting; Salesforce and NetSuite data aware.
• Present and run internal monthly financial review meetings with senior management and external investors.
• Participate in monthly close: revenue review, GL coding, forecast rollforward.
